Returns & Exchanges

At FORM, we stand by the performance of our gear; if your equipment doesn't meet your training standards, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your parcel.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your gear in its original packaging and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
